Right in the heart of the Lower Mainland, Coquitlam is an amazing place.  It's a growing community that is blooming and moving in the right direction.  It's population is about 110,000 people as consists of a blend of young families, professional individuals, and those from every walk of life. It's already a popular place to live, but it's recent growth is helping the real estate industry in the area grow. This is largely due to the large amount of amenities available to it's residents.

A city constantly on the move, Coquitlam also have many cultural activities for residents to enjoy as well as various entertainment venues.  There is a local junior hockey team, a plethora of fine dining establishments, and a large amount of other activities that will fit anyone's taste. The Evergreen Cultural Centre offers amazing shows, the Aquatic centre also provides another avenue to pursue physical fitnes, and the Sports Centre is open all year to provide a venue for a variety of activities. 

With it's truly amazing surroundings, Coquitlam is fast becoming one of the most popular places for those looking to purchase real estate.  There is great value and most of the amenities you would find in any major city.
